Jajaja Vibrant ruby red color, exotic cherry cola berry spice, bright acidity, chillable with a fresh smooth finish.

Hand harvested in California
We hand-picked Organic Dry Farmed Zinfandel in Mendocino and Organic French Colombard, Gewürztraminer, and Albariño from Madera, Paso Robles, Potter Valley, and Lodi.
Our Glou Glou natural wine underwent 10-days of semi-carbonic maceration and no interventions, our 7-day Skin-Contact Monje had a 10% Zinfandel coferment and was coarse filtered.
Both were fermented wild with native yeast, and the wines were sur lie aged before being racked off the thick lees to tank for bottling on a Full Moon's day. Each bottle was waxed by hand.
Semi Carbonic, Native Fermentation, Minimal Sulphur additions of 30ppm and less. Our '23 Glou Glou and Orange Wines were produced in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California.
