Jajaja The aromatics of this wine are vibrant, with Bing cherry, plum, dried florals, and notes of green olive on the nose; the flavors on the palate are raspberry, pomegranate, cranberry, dried herbs, allspice, and mouth-watering tannins on the finish.
Bheyo Fresh and bright aromatics, with a concentration of navel orange, yellow plum, and lingonberry, interwoven with pumpernickel, crushed herbs, mineral, and grippy tannins
Monje The notes on the top layers are tangerine, white grapefruit, lemongrass, and dried herbs on the nose; the flavors on the palate are dried peach, apricot fruit roll, savory herbs, and a juicy, mouth-watering finish.

Natural Wines from California
Jajaja uses organic dry-farmed Zinfandel from Mendocino. Bheyo and Monje use practicing-organic grapes from vineyards transitioning to certified organic in Monterey and Mendocino.
Our Jajaja Glou Glou natural wine underwent 10-days of semi-carbonic maceration and no interventions, our 9-day Skin-Contact Monje had a 8% Zinfandel coferment, and the 22-day Skin-Contact Bheyo Orange wine had a 5% Zinfandel coferment.
All three were fermented wild with native yeast, and the wines were sur lie aged before being racked off the thick lees to tank for bottling on a New Moon's day. Each bottle was waxed by hand.
Semi Carbonic, Unfined, Unfiltered, Native Fermentation, Minimal Sulphur additions of <30ppm. Our most gifted and shared '24 Glou Glou and Orange Wines, produced in Sonoma County, California.
