Glou Glou Red Wine

The organic dry farmed old vine, Zinfandel was hand-picked in Mendocino at sunrise and brought down to Healdsburg.

50% whole clusters and 50% destemmed berries were gently added to tank for a semi-carbonic fermentation for 10 days before being pressed. Fermentation was native with an experimental 4.8% French Colombard, Gewürztraminer, Albariño co-ferment.

The Glou Glou red wine was sur lie aged before being racked off the lees to tank for bottling on a full moon's day. Each bottle was waxed by hand.

Unfined, Unfiltered, Native Fermentation and Semi-carbonic. 15 ppm total sulfur, 8 ppm free. '23 Jajaja Produced in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California.

1. Landwirtschaft

Unsere Naturweine beginnen mit nachhaltiger Landwirtschaft: Trauben, die mit biologischen oder biodynamischen Anbaumethoden angebaut werden.

2. Spontan

Wir lassen die Trauben einer spontanen Gärung durch ihre eigene, natürliche und wilde Hefe unterliegen, anstatt im Labor gezüchtete Hefe zu verwenden.

3. Weingut

In der Weinkellerei vermeiden wir über 60 Zusatzstoffe, die in herkömmlichen Weinen üblich sind, wie tierische Produkte, synthetische Chemikalien, Aromen oder Manipulationen wie Pasteurisierung.

Die einzige Zugabe ist begrenzter Schwefel, um den Wein während der Abfüllung zu schützen.
